Inturserve Repair Liason

Carry out initial on-site inspection of gas turbine units
Repair gas turbine on-site if feasible.
From the inspection findings prepare a detailed overhaul/repair workscope for the subsequent request for quotation.
Review resultant Repair shop quotations for completeness and validity.
Visit Repair shop facilities to assess their capability and quality assurance procedures and qualifications to meet the task.
Following award of contract, view the gas turbine unit at Bulk strip stage to agree initial defect report and required workscope.
View inspection findings following detail strip, cleaning and detailed inspection. Discuss and agree extent of required workscope including the necessary recommended modifications.
Witness gas turbine build at critical stages as per customer requirements.
Witness turbine performance test.
Install, Align and Commission gas turbine as per customer requirements.
Review the Repair Shop Final Report and Invoice as per the customer requirements.
